What's Inspected

A home inspection entails a complete observation of the structure and its mechanical components.  MRA Home Inspection will report on the current condition and functionality of all components and will also notate if a certain component is near the end of its useful life expectancy.
The structure is the most important aspect of a home as it is the envelope that protects the home from the elements, such as wind, rain, heat, etc.  After a complete evaluation of the  structure's exterior, it allows the inspector to determine what may be the cause of the physical defects, if any, showing in the home's interior.  For example, water stains on the interior of a home may be a direct result of the a defect on the exterior, such as a roof or window leak or crack in walls or foundation.
